Thobe alteration policy:

• The thobe must be in new condition, clean, and undamaged.

• If there is an error in fulfilling the order, the customer has the right to request an alteration within a maximum of 10 days from the date of receipt.

• The customer is entitled to one free design alteration within 10 days of receipt.

• No alterations will be made to damaged thobes caused by misuse, such as:

  • Lack of cleanliness.

  • Burns or cracks.

  • Incorrect washing.

  • Or if more than 10 days have passed since receipt.

• During the month of Ramadan, no alterations will be made; alteration requests can be submitted after the holy month ends.
