Return and exchange policy: 14 days from the invoice date, and 1 day during sales and discount periods, provided the product is in its original condition and the original invoice is presented. For tailoring services, no returns or exchanges are allowed.
The product must be in the same condition as received and in its original packaging.
Fabrics or rolls cannot be exchanged or returned after they have been cut.
A refund request will be processed after we receive the product and ensure it is in good condition.
Once we receive your bank details, the amount will be transferred within 14 days.
Upon receiving the order, the customer may verify that the order matches the invoice.
The replacement product will be shipped after the original product has been handed over to the shipping company.
